Practical electricity
1. For electrical supply to our home, there should be a cable consist of live wire and neutral wire.
2. live wire is the wire which contain electricity and has potential difference. this wire is dangerous, while neutral wire is the wire which has no potential difference. in other words, the wire has no electrical flow.
3. in order to reduce the dangers of using electricity, we need to have : earth wire, fuses and switch, double insulation.
4. earth wire is the wire which is used to flow the extra electric current to earth instead of our hands.
5. fuses are used to prevent electrical fire which is caused by exceeding current.
